• Upload malicious content or spam
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in NightReel, including but not limited to:

• App design, layout, and graphics
• Software code and algorithms
• AI-generated recommendations
• Trademarks and logos

are owned by NightReel and protected by intellectual property laws. Movie data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDb) and subject to their terms.

7. Third-Party Content

NightReel uses The Movie Database (TMDb) API for movie information:

• We do not own the movie data, images, or ratings
• Movie information is provided "as is" by TMDb
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content
• Movie availability may vary by region

8. Advertisements

Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob:

• We cannot control the content of third-party ads
• Clicking ads may redirect you to external sites
• Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NightReel is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Recommendations are AI-generated and may not always be accurate
• We are not responsible for streaming service availability
• Movie ratings and reviews are third-party content

10. Limitation of Liability
